Individual Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is a time of growth, change, and self-discovery, but it can also come with stress, anxiety, and challenges in relationships, identity, and emotional well-being. I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where teens can express themselves freely, process difficult emotions, and develop tools to navigate life’s ups and downs.
I incorporate mindfulness, somatic work, and attachment-based approaches to support emotional regulation, self-acceptance, and overall well-being. I also offer EMDR to help adolescents move through distressing experiences, trauma, and negative thought patterns that may be holding them back. My goal is to help teens build confidence, strengthen their relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
Whether struggling with school stress, family conflict, self-esteem, or past experiences that feel overwhelming, therapy is a place for healing and growth. I meet teens where they are, integrating humor, warmth, and a collaborative approach to make the process feel safe and supportive.
