My approach is rooted in EMDR, a highly effective method for processing and releasing emotional pain that traditional talk therapy may not fully address. I also integrate attachment-based and somatic approaches to support holistic healing (mind + body).

I center the client and honor their unique identity and lived experience. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you develop deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and the ability to create meaningful change.
